A closer relationship with the breath &amp; energy is developed through breath extension techniques known as\u00a0<em><strong>Pranayama<\/strong><\/em>.\u00a0 Simple\u00a0<em><strong>Relaxation<\/strong><\/em><strong><em>&amp;<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>Meditation<\/em><\/strong>practices also help the whole body to let-go and a busy mind to quieten.
